Items ought to be returned in their original sale condition. Returned products need to show absolutely no signs of use, abuse, stick marks, or fingerprints. Please note that returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are returned with such signs of use.
Return items must be complete in their original packaging with all accessories and product documentation, if applicable.
Refunds are only available for the item's sale price.

DAMAGES:
We ask that customers CONTACT US within 14 business days of receipt of delivery to report any damages.
Any damages not reported within 14 business days of receipt of delivery will become the responsibility of the customer.
