Returns

We accept returns on all items within 30 days from date of purchase.

Any refund or exchange of items that are returned without prior notification may be delayed.

Items are to be returned in their original sale condition. Returned products need to show absolutely no signs of use, abuse, stick marks, or fingerprints. Please note that returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are returned with signs of use.

Return items must be complete in their original packaging with all accessories and product documentation if applicable.

Refunds are only available for item sale price.

Original & return shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

Our Free Shipping promotion is applicable with purchase only. If you choose to return the item(s) you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.

Refunds on purchases will be credited to the original payment source within 3 business days of receipt of the return.

DAMAGES:

We ask that customers contact us within 14 business days of receipt of delivery to report any damages.

Any damages not reported within 14 business days of receipt of delivery will become the responsibility of the customer.
